We are passionate about training here at the WASH, not only for our team but also for you.

With the rise in sustainability roles and new ‘green jobs’ opening up more opportunities for all, we are proudly leading the way in the areas of:

• Biodiversity.
• Ecology.
• Forest School.
• Outdoor skills and learning.
• Horticulture.

Often people start with volunteering for our regular groups in Ward End Park and then realise just how much they love working outdoors and being connected with nature.

Gaining recognised national qualifications and ‘train the trainer’ certification open up more employment opportunities for you.
