Digital Inclusion

In an increasingly digital age and growth of online services, the COVID pandemic highlighted a disparity in digital access within our community. We found many people lacked basic IT skills and had limited or no access to IT resources and therefore are unable to access online services and information.
This creates further barriers for people who already face multiple disadvantages including: Limited English Language, Unemployment and Financial Hardship.
In response to these issues, we have developed a programme of digital support to provide the training and equipment to help people get online and to become more digitally active and capable. Our support includes:
